Structural Composition：

Working Principle:
Generally through the motor operation, the power is transmitted to the cutter shaft through the reducer, so that the cutter shaft drives the blade to rotate at high speed. When the aluminum shavings enter the machine, under the force of the high-speed rotating blade, the cutting edge of the adjacent knife face on the knife shaft forms shear, the cutting edge of the knife tip and the bottom knife cylinder form shear, and the torque and speed difference of the knife shaft form shredding, which will shred the aluminum shavings into particles or small blocks and discharge them from the discharge port at the bottom or side of the machine.
