Working Principle:
Waste Paper Baling Press usually consists of motor as the power source, which transmits the power to the main shaft, and the gear at the other end of the main shaft transmits the speed-regulated power to the compression rollers through the gear box, chain and so on. When the waste paper board enters between the upper and lower press rollers through the conveyor belt, it will be held by the press rollers and sent into the compression chamber at a certain speed, and then driven by the hydraulic system, the press plate extrudes and compresses the waste paper board, so as to reduce its volume greatly, and finally the compressed waste paper board will be bundled and shaped automatically through the bale system and the bale will be pushed out.
Structure Composition:
1. Mechanical system
Frame: it is the support structure of the whole equipment, which is usually welded with high-strength steel, with good rigidity and stability, able to withstand the huge pressure in the baling process.
Pressure mechanism: including hydraulic cylinders and pressure plate, hydraulic cylinders to provide power to promote the pressure plate on the waste paper board compression, pressure plate design usually ensures uniform pressure, so that the waste paper board compressed more tightly.
Feeding mechanism: can be conveyor belt or artificial feeding port, used to waste paperboard transported to the compression chamber, conveyor belt feeding method can realize continuous feeding, improve work efficiency.
Discharging mechanism: there are different ways to turn over the bag, push the bag (side and front push) or manually pick up the bag, etc., to push out the baled waste paper board package from the compression chamber.
2. Control system: generally adopts PLC automatic control or manual control mode, which can realize the precise control of each action of the baler, such as feeding, compression, bale bundling, discharging, etc. It is also equipped with touch-screen or push-button operation interface, which is convenient for operators to carry out parameter setting and equipment monitoring, and at the same time, it has an automatic alarm program, which can remind operators to carry out overhauling in a timely manner when there is a fault in the equipment.
3. Power system: mainly composed of motor and hydraulic system, the motor provides power for the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic pump will be hydraulic oil pressurized and transported to each hydraulic cylinder, to achieve the pressure, feeding and other actions, the hydraulic system usually uses cartridge hydraulic valve group, with a large flow rate, fast speed, and H-type interface with a taper articulation, it is not easy to leak oil.
4. Bale system: including the wire feeding mechanism, stranding mechanism, etc., the selection of high-strength quenched wire or plastic rope, etc. on the compressed waste paperboard for bundling, to ensure that the package will not be loose in the transportation and storage process.
