Working principle:
Use the hydraulic cylinder to compress the material. When working, the oil pump is driven by the motor rotation to work, extracting the hydraulic oil in the tank, transported through the hydraulic oil pipe and transmitted to each hydraulic cylinder, driving the piston rod of the cylinder to make a longitudinal movement, so as to compress the waste clothes in the material box.

5. Control system: It is composed of electrical control components, touch screen, PLC, etc., which is used to control each action of the baler, such as starting, stopping, compressing, returning, strapping, etc., and it can also carry out the functions of parameter setting and troubleshooting.

Preparation: check whether the various parts of the equipment are normal, such as hydraulic system, electrical system, strapping device, etc.; clean up the compression chamber and the feeding port to ensure that there is no debris; adjust the parameters of the baling size, pressure, etc., according to the need.
2. Feeding: start the feeding device, convey the waste clothes evenly into the compression chamber, pay attention to not overloading, avoid affecting the baling effect and normal operation of the equipment.
3. compression: when the waste clothes in the compression chamber reaches a certain amount, start the compression cylinder to compress the material, pay attention to observe the pressure changes and equipment operation during the compression process, and stop the machine in time to deal with any abnormality.
4. Bundling: after the compression is completed, the cylinder returns, and then start the bundling device, the package is bundled and fixed to ensure that the package is firm and not scattered.
5. Bale out: after the completion of strapping, open the door plate of the discharge port to push out the bale into the compression chamber to complete the packing process, and then you can carry out the next round of feeding, compression, strapping and other operations.
