Working Principle：

1. Loading: Push the trolley with metal chips directly into the material elevator, and the material elevator lifts the material to the crusher.

2. Crushing: The crusher performs preliminary crushing of the metal chips to reduce the volume of the material and improve the compression efficiency.

3. Transporting: The crushed metal chips are transported to the feeding port of the cake press through the chip conveyor.

4. Compression: Under the combined control of the hydraulic system and the electronic control system, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the piston rod to compress the metal chips in the compression chamber laterally until a compact round cake is formed.

5. Discharging: After the compression is completed, the lifting door opens automatically, and the finished cake is pushed out of the equipment and falls into the cake turnover box.
