Working principle:

The loose material is added to the large hopper above the charging cylinder.The oil is injected into the rear cavity of the charging cylinder, and the piston rod is extended and reset, and then the oil is injected into the rear cavity of the sub-cylinder, driving the piston rod and punch of the master cylinder to press down quickly. When the punch enters the die cavity, the rear cavity of the master cylinder enters the pressure oil, and the master cylinder begins to attack and compress the material to form a chip cake. After the pressure is maintained, the master cylinder is slightly retreated, the oil is injected into the rear cavity of the auxiliary cylinder, and the piston rod is retreated, driving the pumping block to the position where the cake block can be removed.The master cylinder continues to fall, and after the pressed cake is pressed out of the mold cavity, the front cavity of the auxiliary cylinder is fed with oil, and the piston rod is extended, driving the pumping block to push the cake out of the cake block and reset at the same time.The oil is fed into the front chamber of the rear sub-cylinder, which drives the piston rod and punch of the master cylinder to rise and reset, completes the process of a pressure cake cycle, and enters the next cycle program.
