   The pressing process for tire wire needs enough pressure (usually hundreds of tons of hydraulic pressure) to make the steel wire tight bite, but too much pressure will lead to equipment overload, and even deformation of the mold; pressure is not enough, then the steel wire cake is loose and easy to break.

    Part of the process needs to be combined with heating (such as heating the wire to 200-300 ℃) to reduce the rubber viscosity, but improper temperature control will lead to oxidation of the wire, affecting the metal properties, and high-temperature environment on the corrosion resistance of the equipment requires more.

    The Metal Briquetting Press usually has a strong pressure output, which can compress the tire steel wire into a cake in a short time. For example, some large Hydraulic Briquetting Machine adopts cartridge type hydraulic valve set, which can handle large flow and high pressure, and can easily deal with a large amount of tire steel wire compression cake work, greatly improving the production efficiency.
