    The Car Baler Machiner is a device specially designed for compressing and baling car shells. It is designed to compress large and irregular car shells into compact blocks that are easy to transport and subsequently handle.

Working Principle:
    Car balers usually adopt the hydraulic drive principle. The motor drives the oil pump to operate, pressurize the hydraulic oil in the tank, and then control a series of hydraulic valve groups to deliver the high-pressure oil to the main cylinder and other auxiliary cylinders. The piston rod of the main cylinder extends and pushes the compression plate installed on it to squeeze the car shell placed in the compression chamber with strong pressure. Under the action of pressure, the volume of the car shell gradually decreases and is eventually compressed into a tight block. When the set compression pressure or compression stroke is reached, the oil pump stops supplying oil and maintains pressure for a period of time to ensure the compactness of the block. After that, the cylinder piston rod is retracted by controlling the hydraulic valve, the discharging device is opened, and the packaged car shell block is pushed out.
 
Structural composition:
1. Frame: It is welded from high-strength steel plates to form the overall framework of the equipment, withstand the huge pressure during the packaging process, and ensure the stability and firmness of the equipment during operation. 3. Hydraulic system: It includes components such as oil pump, oil cylinder, hydraulic valve, oil tank and oil pipe.
