Working Principle:
    When the scrap steel is transported to the shearing area of ​​the gantry shear through the feed conveyor belt, the operator starts the hydraulic system through the control system. The hydraulic pump starts to work, pressurizes the hydraulic oil in the oil tank and transports it to the hydraulic cylinder. Under the action of the high-pressure oil, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends, driving the moving blade to move downward, forming a shearing force with the fixed blade. As the moving blade descends, the scrap steel is subjected to a strong shearing force at the cutting edge. When the shearing force exceeds the shear strength of the scrap steel, the scrap steel is cut off. After completing one shearing operation, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder retracts, and the moving blade returns to the initial position, waiting for the next feeding and shearing operation. The feeding and conveying device continues to work, continuously feeding new scrap steel into the shearing area, and conveying the sheared scrap steel blocks out, realizing continuous scrap steel shearing operations.
