Hydraulic Press Horizontal Hay Baler Machine

Hay Baler Machine is for pasture, straw and other fibrous plant stalks, through the hydraulic drive will be loose material compressed into a regular bale of agricultural machinery, according to the degree of automation can be divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic models.

Working principle of Hay Baler:

1. Material conveying: feed hay, straw and so on into the feeding mouth through conveyor belt or manually;

2. Compression molding: the hydraulic system drives the piston to reciprocate, and applies high pressure to the material (the pressure can be tens of tons), so that its volume is reduced to 1/5-1/3 of the original volume;

3. Bundling and fixing: after compressed to the set density, the bundles are wound and fixed by the bundling mechanism (steel wire, hemp rope or plastic rope), and finally pushed out of the machine body.

Core structure and components:

1. Host frame: welded with high-strength steel to withstand the huge pressure during compression and ensure the stability of the machine body;
