Working Method:
Usually hydraulic or mechanical power systems are used. Taking the
Hydraulic Briquetting Machine as an example, the motor drives the oil pump to operate, the hydraulic oil is extracted from the tank and pressurized, and the high pressure oil pushes the piston in the hydraulic cylinder to produce strong thrust. The piston is connected with the indenter, and when the metal chips are placed in the mold cavity, the indenter moves downward under the push of the piston, exerting great pressure on the metal chips, forcing the metal chips to squeeze and closely combine with each other, and finally forming a metal chip briquette with a certain shape and density. The mechanical power type mainly drives a series of gears, connecting rods and other mechanical structures through the motor, converting the rotating motion of the motor into the linear extrusion motion of the indenter to complete the pressing of the metal chips.
Structural Composition:
1. Power system: Provide the power of equipment operation, commonly for the motor, according to the equipment power and use scenario, the motor power is different, from a few kilowatts to tens of kilowatts. 2. Transmission system: the power transfer to the pressing mechanism, hydraulic transmission system including oil pump, tubing, hydraulic cylinder and other components, through the flow of hydraulic oil transfer energy; The mechanical transmission system includes gears, chains, connecting rods, etc., using the meshing and transmission between the mechanical components to achieve power transmission, ensuring that the indenter can stably and accurately complete the pressing action.
3. Pressing mechanism: the core part, composed of indenter, mold, etc. The indenter is generally made of high-strength alloy steel, has good wear resistance and compressive strength, and can withstand great pressure without deformation. The mold is customized according to the shape and size of the required metal chip briquette, the common round, square and other molds, the material is mostly selected high-quality die steel, and the special heat treatment process ensures the durability under frequent use.
4. Control system: used to control the operation process of the equipment, which can realize the functions of starting, stopping, pressure adjustment, and pressing times setting. A simple control system may contain only a few buttons and relays for basic start-stop operations;
