Working Principle:

This aluminum chip briquetter is generally driven by hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic system conveys hydraulic oil to the cylinder through the oil pump, which generates strong pressure. When the metal chips are placed in the mold cavity, the piston of the cylinder is pushed by the hydraulic oil to squeeze the metal chips. As the pressure increases, the gap between the metal chips gradually decreases, and is eventually compressed into a cake.
