The Metal Briguette Machine is mainly used to compress loose materials such as metal chips into a cake shape for easy storage, transportation and reprocessing. Its working principle is mainly based on mechanical pressure or hydraulic pressure.

Working principle：

1. Hydraulic drive: The hydraulic cake press transmits hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pump, which generates a strong pressure to promote the piston movement, so that the brass waste is compressed into a cake by uniform pressure in the mold.

2. Working Method:

1. Power source:

Hydraulic pump is the core power component of hydraulic chip cake machine. The motor drives the hydraulic pump to work, and the hydraulic pump extracts the hydraulic oil in the tank and transfers it to the pipeline of the hydraulic system by pressurizing it.

2. Pressure control and transmission:

Control valve: The hydraulic system is equipped with a variety of control valves, such as relief valves, pressure reducing valves, reversing valves, etc. The relief valve is used to set the maximum pressure of the system. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the relief valve opens and the excess hydraulic oil is returned to the tank to protect the system components from being damaged by excessive pressure. The pressure reducing valve can reduce the pressure of a branch as needed. The reversing valve is responsible for controlling the flow of hydraulic oil, thereby changing the direction of movement of the hydraulic cylinder.

Hydraulic cylinder: High-pressure hydraulic oil is delivered to the hydraulic cylinder through the pipeline. The piston in the hydraulic cylinder produces linear motion under the action of hydraulic oil pressure. The movement of the piston converts the pressure of the hydraulic oil into a pressing force on the metal chips. Because the hydraulic oil can evenly transfer the pressure, the hydraulic cylinder can provide a smooth and large pressure, which is very advantageous for pressing metal chips to form tight cakes.

3. Pressing and demoulding:

Similar to the mechanical pressure type, the piston of the hydraulic cylinder pushes the indenter to press the metal chips in the mold. After the pressing is completed, the direction of hydraulic oil flow is changed through the reversing valve, so that the piston moves backward and the pressure head rises. Then, the release mechanism is used to push the cake out of the mold.

4. Hydraulic oil circulation:

After the completion of pressing and stripping action, the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank through the return pipeline, after filtration and other treatment, it is again inhaled and pressurized by the hydraulic pump, and enters the next working cycle.
