Working Principle:
1. Hydraulic drive: use the motor to drive the oil pump to work, extract the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, convey the oil to each hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic oil pipe, drive the piston rod of the cylinder to do transverse or longitudinal movement, so as to produce a strong pressure, and compress the waste plastic bottles placed in the baling room.
2. Automatic control: Adopting PLC program automatic control technology, it can realize a series of operations such as automatic feeding, baling and strapping. It can also accurately control and adjust various parameters in the baling process, such as baling pressure, baling length and baling speed.
