Hydraulic Press Baler For Plastic Bottle Scrap

Pet Bottle Baler is a special compression and baling equipment for plastic bottles (e.g. PET beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, edible oil bottles, etc.), which compresses scattered and fluffy-volume plastic bottles into high-density bales through hydraulic or mechanical power, making it easy for transportation, storage and subsequent recycling treatment. Its core advantage lies in its large processing capacity and high degree of automation, especially suitable for large-scale recycling scenarios.

Main structural composition

1. Frame: Horizontal long box design, the material is mostly high strength steel, to ensure pressure resistance and stability, common size according to the different processing capacity, the length can be up to 3-8 meters.Plastic Bottle Baler

2. Hydraulic system: the core power source, including hydraulic pumps, cylinders, solenoid valves, etc., to provide a strong thrust (pressure is usually 10-25MPa), drive the piston for compression.

3. Feeding mechanism: automatic or semi-automatic feeding, common forms of conveyor belt, chain plate feeding, part of the equipment is equipped with a crushing device, the first plastic bottle crushing and then compression, improve efficiency.

Working Principle

1. Feeding: Plastic bottles are fed into the feeding port of baler by hand or conveyor;

2. Compression: the hydraulic cylinder pushes the piston to repeatedly squeeze the plastic bottles from the horizontal direction, and the volume compression ratio can reach 1:8-1:15 (for example, 1000L loose plastic bottles can be compressed to 80-125L);

3. Forming and strapping: after compression to the set density, the piston keeps the pressure, and the strapping mechanism automatically wraps the strapping tape to fix the bales;

4. Discharge: the bales are pushed out from the side or rear door to complete the baling process.
