Structural composition:

Attention points when using car shell baler
Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection: comprehensive inspection of all components. Mechanical transmission parts to see connection and wear; Hydraulic system check tubing, oil level; Electrical system to see the wires, buttons and indicators, wear serious parts timely replacement.
2. Site cleaning: Ensure that the surrounding area is clean and free of debris, and the working area is sufficient to facilitate the smooth transportation and placement of the car shell.
3. Car shell pretreatment: remove flammable and explosive materials, drain residual liquid, prevent danger, pollution and equipment corrosion.
Key points of operation
1. Correct feeding: accurately place the car shell according to the regulations, and use the positioning device to ensure the accurate position and avoid the skew affecting the packaging.
2. Parameter setting: Reasonably set compression pressure, time and other parameters according to the requirements of car shell material, thickness and packaging.
3. Personnel operation specifications: concentrate on the operation, work according to the process, strictly prohibit the body to enter the dangerous area during compression, and immediately stop the investigation if abnormal.
Post-operation maintenance
1. Equipment cleaning: Remove residual debris, dust and oil in time to prevent entering the equipment and corrosion surface.
