Definition of Steel Baler:
Scrap Metal Baler, also known as scrap steel baler, metal scrap baler, etc., is a professional equipment specially designed for compressing scrap metal materials such as iron, aluminum, copper and other scrap metal materials into tight, regular blocks through high pressure for storage, transportation and further processing.

Working Principle of Steel Baling Machine：
1. Hydraulic Drive: Scrap metal baler is usually driven by hydraulic system, through the oil pump will be hydraulic oil from the tank, pressurized and transported to each hydraulic cylinder, produce strong pressure to drive the press head for compression of scrap metal.
2. Compression process: first of all, the scrap metal materials into the material box, the door cover is closed and locked for primary pre-compression; then the side pressure cylinder forward for secondary compression; stroke in place, the main compression cylinder forward for the ultimate compression, to be the main compression cylinder to reach the system pressure to hold pressure for a period of time, so that the scrap metal is compressed into high-density lumps. Then the main and side compression cylinders return, pull out the lock and open the door cover, and finally the bale turning cylinder works to turn out the bale block and return, completing a working cycle.
