Working Method:

1. Hydraulic system drive: Metal balers are usually powered by hydraulic systems. 2. Under the action of the hydraulic cylinder, the indenter squeezes the material and gives the metal material enough external force to produce plastic deformation of the material, gather and form a tight bundle, which is compressed into various shapes, such as cuboid, cylinder and other qualified charges.

3. Pressure holding and reset: After compression, the system will hold pressure for a period of time to ensure the density and shape of the metal block is stable. After the end of the pressure holding, the hydraulic system controls the return of the cylinder through the reversing valve and other components, so that the pressure head returns to the initial position and prepares for the next baling cycle. At the same time, some metal balers may also be equipped with automatic feeding and discharging devices, as well as control systems to achieve automated operation and improve baling efficiency and quality.
