Metal Baler Machine is an efficient equipment integrating hydraulic system, power unit and mobile mechanism, which is mainly used for compressing and baling loose scrap metal materials (such as scrap iron, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, etc.) to form regular metal blocks for easy transportation, storage and recycling. 1. Hydraulic system: It consists of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, control valves, etc. It provides strong pressure (usually up to tens to hundreds of tons) and is the power core of compression baling.

5. Operation and control system: through the manual valve or PLC control system to realize the compression, return, out of the bag and other actions, some models with remote control function.
After the loose scrap metal is put into the baling box, the hydraulic cylinder drives the press head to squeeze downward (or horizontally), and the material is compressed to the set density by high pressure to form the rectangular or square metal bale, and finally the bale is pushed out by the bale pushing device. The whole process through the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, to achieve efficient capacity reduction.
