Working principle：

1. Hydraulic drive: mainly rely on the hydraulic system to work, the hydraulic system drives the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic cylinder output high pressure, the sponge iron filings and other metal raw materials cold pressed into cakes.

2. Cycle operation: First, the loose sponge iron filings are added to the large hopper above the charging cylinder, the oil is injected into the rear chamber of the charging cylinder, and the piston rod is extended to push the material, and then the oil is injected into the rear chamber of the sub-cylinder, driving the piston rod and punch of the master cylinder to press down quickly, and the oil is injected into the rear chamber of the master cylinder to compress the material into a briquette. After the pressure is maintained, the master cylinder is slightly retreated, the oil is injected into the rear cavity of the secondary cylinder to make the piston rod back and drive the pumping block back, the master cylinder continues to fall and press the cake block out of the die cavity, and then the oil is injected into the front cavity of the secondary cylinder to push out the briquette and reset, and finally the oil is injected into the front cavity of the sub-cylinder to drive the piston rod and punch of the master cylinder to rise and reset, completing a briquette pressure cycle.
