Structural Components of Hydraulic Shear Press:

1. Feeding device: usually equipped with spacious feeding opening, some of them are also equipped with auxiliary feeding equipment such as conveyor belt or grab, which can realize automatic feeding and facilitate feeding scrap metal of various shapes and sizes into the machine.

2. Compression mechanism: It consists of large hydraulic cylinder and pressure block, which is one of the core parts of the equipment. The hydraulic cylinder generates strong thrust to push the press block to gradually compress the scrap metal entering the machine, reducing the volume and increasing the density.

3. Shear mechanism: generally use high-strength blades, installed in the front or side of the compression mechanism, driven by a specialized shear cylinder. After the scrap metal is compressed to a certain degree, it is sheared according to the set size and shape.

4. Shell type shell: the shell of the equipment is designed in the shape of a shell, which provides good structural support, prevents the scrap metal from splashing during compression and shearing, and reduces the noise and dust diffusion.

5. Hydraulic system: provides power for the compression and shearing mechanism, including oil pump, oil tank, oil pipe, hydraulic valve and other components, realizes the precise control of compression and shearing action by precisely controlling the flow and pressure of hydraulic oil.

6. Electrical control system: It is used to operate and monitor the operation of the equipment, which can realize automatic control, such as setting the parameters of compression times, shear size, feeding speed, etc. It also has the function of troubleshooting and alarming, which is convenient for the operator to find and solve the problems in time.

Working Principle of Shear Press Machine:

1. Feeding: Scrap metal is transported to the compression chamber of the equipment through the feeding device, and the feeding speed and quantity can be adjusted according to the processing capacity and actual demand of the equipment.

2. Compression: After the scrap metal enters into the compression chamber, the hydraulic cylinder of the compression mechanism works to push the press block to squeeze the scrap metal, so that it will be gradually compressed into a compact block, reduce the volume, and prepare for the subsequent shearing.

3. Shear: the compressed scrap metal block is pushed to the position of the shear mechanism, the shear cylinder drives the blade action, the scrap metal block shear, shear size and shape can be pre-set through the electrical control system.

4. Discharge: the scrap metal blocks after shearing are discharged from the discharge port of the equipment, which can be directly dropped into the transportation vehicle or storage area, completing the whole treatment process.
