Working Principle:
1. Material compression: Scrap metal material enters into the inside of the equipment through the inlet, it will be firstly pushed into the pre-compression chamber or initially compressed by the side compression material pusher head or main compression material pusher head, in order to reduce the volume and to make the material more tightly arranged together.
2. Cut-to-size: after compression the scrap will enter the shearing area, where it will be cut into regular pieces according to set dimensions by means of movable shear knives on the integrated plate of the shear gate.
