Working principle：

Usually, the strong pressure generated by the hydraulic system is used to force the cast iron chips into a specific mold cavity. The motor drives the hydraulic pump, the hydraulic oil circulates in the system, pushes the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, the piston drives the indenter to exert pressure on the cast iron filings, and after a certain period of pressure retention, the loose cast iron filings are pressed into cakes with a certain density and shape, so as to facilitate subsequent processing and recycling.

Structural composition：

1. Hydraulic system: It is the power source of the cast iron chip Metal Press, including hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve, oil tank and other components. Through the hydraulic oil pressure transfer, the compression action of cast iron filings is realized.

2. Pressing mechanism: Mainly composed of indenter, die, die cavity, etc. Under the push of the hydraulic cylinder, the indenter presses the cast iron chips into the mold cavity to form a briquette. The size and shape of the mold are customized according to the production needs to meet the production requirements of different specifications of cast iron chip briquette.

3. Feeding mechanism: Responsible for conveying the cast iron filings to the die cavity of the pressing mechanism. Common feeding methods include screw feeding, belt feeding, etc., through the precise control of the feeding mechanism, to ensure that the amount of each feeding is uniform and stable, to ensure the quality of the pressed cast iron chip briquette is consistent.

4. Electrical control system: It is used to control the operation of the entire equipment, including the start and stop of the motor, the pressure regulation of the hydraulic system, the speed control of the feeding mechanism, etc. The operator can set various parameters through the control panel to realize the automatic operation of the equipment.
